EXERCITIU PENTRU TEHNICA nr. 1 A CONDITIONARII

Fa o lista cu recompensele pe care ti le poti atribui imediat ce faci “ceea ce trebuie”. Apoi, fixeaza o situatie anume care reafirma aceasta idee in mod constient, concentrandu0te asupra uneia dintre recompense.

TEHNICA nr. 2 A CONDITIONARII

Permanenta consolidarii este extrem de importanta atunci cand treci la un nou model. De cate ori ai comportamentul dorit (de exemplu, te ridici de la masa inainte de a te satura sau refuzi o tigara atunci cand iti este oferita), recompenseaza-te imediat.”
